Welcome to my research webpage!

About Myself

I am a research-track PI based at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. I am interested in using computational approaches to better understand cell fate transitions at a single-cell level in different areas including reprogramming, neuroscience and leukaemia (click here for more details). In my work, I mainly use R with some Python and bash scripting. The software packages and interactive web applications that I contribute to can be found here.

To quote one of my favourite scientist Richard Feynman, “What I cannot create, I cannot understand”: I enjoy documenting the bioinformatics analysis I perform as they help to consolidate my knowledge and strengthen understanding. These coding guides can be found here.
